Depth of Field: Colourize your Pictures

In our photography class we discussed extensively Depth of Field.  I found a cool website that can show how DOF can change based on your camera, focal length, and f- stop.   It is fun to play around with, and you can get an idea of how all of these things can change and impact DOF. I am still learning all of this information, but my point is that you don’t need to be an expert to start taking advantage of your camera’s full potential!

Even if you do not want to become a professional photographer, knowing how to work your camera is really a priceless skill. Pictures are the only thing that we have left to show evidence of our lives.  Just like Melissa says, if we don’t take a picture of it, it means it never happened.
